Vikkie and Duane got married recently at Chrysler Hall. Usually when my couples save their portraits for after the wedding they use their wedding attire again, but we also had a good 2 hrs to play on their wedding day. They decided to just do “engagement style” portraits, even though they’re married. We met a Fort Story and went to the lighthouses… which are really pretty. I’ve done a few things out at Fort Story but never have actually gone up the lighthouse, what a fantastic view! It was also a bit sobering as the shooting at Ft. Hood in Texas had just occurred and my BFFs brother in Afghanistan lost another soldier from his unit as well. Please remember our military… Anyhow, It was fun to see them again so I hope you enjoy viewing them again here.
I’ve got a lot of blogging to catch up on! I’ve since been to Texas and helped the fabulous Christine Tremoulet (she named Wordpress, y’all! She truly is fabulous!) shoot a truly Texan wedding. I also went out into the hill country of Texas which is just beautiful! I’ve got even more than that to catch you up on… but I want to make sure Vikkie and Duane get a preview so they are my priority.
Enjoy!

I can’t decide which I like better. Quite the toss up I think. I don’t usually turn these kinds of images black and white, but what do you think?
